Refreshments: After our walk we will head back to our barge, moored as a floating workshop space on the River Thames. We’ll enjoy a foraged tea, ‘coffee’ or cooling drink and a tasty treat made with foraged ingredients. With our new-found knowledge and inspiration, we’ll explore the variety of wild flavours and spices available at this time of the year.
